Psychotronics, directed energy and gangstalking are things few people know anything about.

Few people who are abused with psychotronics ever learn that psychotronics and directed energy devices were the cause of their afflictions, or apparent insanity, depression, fatigue, complaints that they were being watched, hearing voices and noises, being subjected to sleep deprivation, microwave burns on their bodies, gangstalking and the effects of real mind control efforts.

The "symptoms presented" could easily be caused by mental illness OR Psychotronic abuse. On initial examination, it might be hard to tell the difference. These generated "symptoms" are similar by design. If someone came to you claiming any single one of these things, what would be your first reaction? That's the trap that psychotronic and  gangstalking victims are in.

It's diffficult to imagine how people can do such things to other people. But then, it's hard to imagine many of the cruelties that we witness via the media and in our streets, and in the world. Every tool or technology can be used for good, and is often creatively used for destructive purposes.

Psychotronic abuse will soon become an understood danger and insidious emerging crime that is already causing international calls for the ban of their use due to civil liberty implications and dangers to health.

We urge you to use this site, and others, to become familar with the types of abuses that occur, the symptoms often presented, and some anecdoctal advice as to how victims of abuse can be assisted.

Because of the nature of the electronic technology often employed, most directed energy and psychotronic devices can not be detected by conventional, unclassified technology except as static electricity. The voice to skull technology (as defined by the U.S. Army) can not be heard by anyone other than the individual targeted, and can, in fact, be used to generate psychological disorders.

We have no desire to spread hysterical reports or issue blanket condemnations of any group of professionals or agencies of the government.It is our opinion that any group of people has a very few number who abuse the power and authority afforded by their positions, sometimes to the point of criminality or professional negligence. That is unfortunate, but a fact of life nonetheless.

It is our opinion that all people - less the few who abuse - always attempt to do their jobs and honor their responsibilities to the best of their abilities. On this site, we're asking you to help resolve the problems caused by the few who are a detriment to us all.   We hope you'll decide this site assists you in doing your job.

We have tried to present news items and reports as reported in the mainstream media, so as to provide accurate and objective information from commonly considered reliable sources regarding the technologies, and have purposely avoided conjecture or unqualified discussions of the technology and its potentially abusive uses.

There is a great deal of information that is NOT on this site because we did not want to influence people into falsely believing that they were being gangstalked or suffering the effects of directed energy psychotronic abuse. Those who are being harassed will likely instictively follow some of the links on our web link page, and will be quite able to discern it for themselves.

We trust you would also find following these links as well, keeping in mind that a number of these sites are maintained by victims - not professional webmasters. But the information you'll find at the heart of what is presented will describe, at the very least, recognizable "threads of truth" that will be consistent from site to site based on the solitary experiences of the individuals targeted.

Psychotronic abuse is real. Gangstalking is real. The damage to targeted individuals is severe, persistent and unthinkably cruel. That's why it's important for you to understand a little more about it when that first case walks through your door. And it will, if it hasn't already.

Let us impress upon you again that these documents, as well as all others on this site, are from reliable sources and reporting agencies, and not the work of conspiracy theorists or extremists in any way.

The problem persists and is growing because the technology is truly amazing, the benefits are miraculous but the abuse is tortuous for the victims, and there is nowhere to turn for help. They deserve your informed consideration.
